Design guidelines and plan approval

Every home built as part of the Ridgelea neighbourhood is delivered to the highest standard. To reflect the expectation of quality that we all share, we have created the Ridgelea Design Guidelines.

The guidelines help you design your new home with high levels of amenity, privacy, sustainability, streetscape appeal, and control architectural form by building materials, colours and landscape treatments. Individuality is encouraged and the design of all new homes must reflect contemporary Australian design character.
